Voley-In 

Last Friday, on the 21st of October, the group of volunteers in Lugo visited an activity called Voley-In. It was an activity, which visited two different groups of people with different types of disabilities and health – COGAMI and ADACE. These are very nice people, who are very good volleyball players. For an introduction, volunteers briefly talked to them about their Xacobeando project. After the short introduction  the volunteers played basketball and did different volleyball exercises with them. It was a very nice time for both sides. For volunteers it was time, if they can be thankful for their health.

El pasado viernes 21 de octubre, el grupo de voluntarios de Lugo visitó una actividad denominada Voley-In. Fue una actividad, que visitó dos grupos diferentes de personas con diferentes tipos de discapacidad y salud – COGAMI y ADACE. Estas son personas muy agradables, que son muy buenos jugadores de voleibol. A modo de introducción, los voluntarios les hablaron brevemente sobre su proyecto Xacobeando. Después de la breve introducción, los voluntarios jugaron baloncesto e hicieron diferentes ejercicios de voleibol con ellos. Fue un momento muy agradable para ambos lados. Para los voluntarios ya era hora, si pueden estar agradecidos por su salud.
