MID-TERM EVALUATION

Este viernes, el tercer grupo de participantes de Xacobenado ha vuelto a donde todo empezó, Santiago.

En esta reunión se ha celebrado la evaluación intermedia, momento de reencuentro en el cual se han compartido muchísimas historias, sentimientos y vivencias. La experiencia fue preciosa y las horas que pasaron juntos los voluntarios no fueron suficientes para contar todo lo vivido.

También hubo un espacio para la reflexión, donde tanto la organización de acogida, como las personas responsables con la creación del proyecto y diferentes cargos públicos dentro del ámbito de Juventud y Turismo, mostraron su interés por saber qué aspectos se pueden mejorar.

Además el Tercer flujo de participantes tuvo la oportunidad de reunirse con el Cuarto grupo, quienes estando en su primer día y les contagiaron de toda su ilusión y preguntaron mil y una dudas. Para finalizar el encuentro, cada uno de los voluntarios del Tercer grupo entregó a los nuevos voluntarios una concha con la palabra “ULTREIA”, lo que les hizo rememorar su inicio.

This Friday, Xacobenado’s third flow has returned to the place where it all began, Santiago.

The Mid-Term Evaluation was held at this meeting, a moment of reunion in which many stories, feelings and experiences were shared. The experience was emotional and the hours were not enough to tell everything that was experienced.

There was also a space for reflection, where both the Hostel Organization, as well as the people responsible for the creation of the project and different public officials within the field of Youth and Tourism, showed their interest in knowing what aspects could be improved.

In addition, the Third Flow had the opportunity to meet with the Fourth Flow, who, being on their first day, infected them with all their enthusiasm. To finish, each of the Third Flow volunteers gave the new volunteers a shell with the word “ULTREIA”, which made them remember its beginning.
