?? On Friday, August 5, 2022, we had a great program at the senior center, where we prepared a specific program for them. It started with an energizer with volunteer Paula to wake up the mood. I danced a sample of Slovak folk dances and volunteer Ieva sang. With this post, I want to express that even during such an activity as volunteering at a senior center, you can be yourself and it can be fun for others. Show what you like and then involve others. That is the true spirit of volunteering when you are there for yourself and at the same time for others.

?? El viernes 5 de agosto de 2022 tuvimos un gran programa en el centro de mayores, donde preparamos un programa específico para ellos. Comenzó con un energizante con la voluntaria Paula para despertar el ánimo. Bailé una muestra de danzas folclóricas eslovacas y la voluntaria Ieva cantó. Con esta publicación, quiero expresar que incluso durante una actividad como el voluntariado en un centro para personas mayores, puedes ser tú mismo y puede ser divertido para los demás. Muestra lo que te gusta y luego involucra a otros. Ese es el verdadero espíritu del voluntariado cuando estás ahí para ti mismo y al mismo tiempo para los demás.
