Middle project considerations

??  Exactly a month ago this project started so it’s time to make some considerations.

This week in particular was a fresh start for our group because as planned, we had to move to another apartment with a different flatmate. I had to say goodbye to one of my closest friends I met here, she was here for nine months and we spent her last month here in the same apartment so we shared a lot of valuable moments together.

We are working for an exhibition at the end of the month to show the people the meaning of these two months, but for now it was all about gathering ideas. Yesterday we went to see the place where the exhibition will be and everything became more concrete, we could really see our ideas come to life. From now on we just have to work on the concrete part of it, to create the posters, to paint or to print the photos. The funniest part for me !

Tomorrow we will have the middle project evaluation in Santiago with the rest of the group, for the occasion we have to make some material to present what we did so far. I cannot wait to see all the groups back together and to meet the new people who will start in the next block. It’s always nice to meet someone new and to share experiences.

I look forward to starting this next month full of energy and to know what it will bring !

?? Hace exactamente un mes que comenzó este proyecto, por lo que es hora de hacer algunas consideraciones.

Esta semana en particular fue un nuevo comienzo para nuestro grupo porque, como estaba previsto, tuvimos que mudarnos a otro apartamento con un compañero de piso diferente. Tuve que despedirme de una de mis amigas más cercanas que conocí aquí, ella estuvo aquí durante nueve meses y pasamos su último mes aquí en el mismo apartamento, así que compartimos muchos momentos valiosos juntas.

Estamos trabajando para una exposición a fin de mes para mostrarle a la gente el significado de estos dos meses, pero por ahora todo era juntar ideas. Ayer fuimos a ver el lugar donde estará la exposición y todo se hizo más concreto, realmente pudimos ver cómo nuestras ideas cobraban vida. A partir de ahora solo nos queda trabajar en la parte concreta del mismo, crear los carteles, pintar o imprimir las fotos. ¡La parte más divertida para mí!

Mañana tendremos la evaluación del proyecto medio en Santiago con el resto del grupo, para la ocasión tenemos que hacer algún material para presentar lo que hicimos hasta ahora. No puedo esperar a ver a todos los grupos de nuevo juntos y conocer a las nuevas personas que comenzarán en el próximo bloque. Siempre es agradable conocer a alguien nuevo y compartir experiencias.

¡Espero comenzar este próximo mes lleno de energía y saber lo que traerá!
